What do plants need to grow? Do you know?
Plants need soil, water and sunlight to grow. No plant can live entirely without water. But in very dry regions, where water is scarce, plants calles cacti are able to survive for a n umber of years between rainstorms. In the world's driest places , rain often comes in irregular but heavy bursts, so the plants that live there have evolved ways of collecting as much water as possible during downpours.

We have two kinds of things: living things and non - living things. All living things have a life cycle. they are born, grow, reproduce and die. Non- living things don't have a life cycle.
Now we will talk about animals. Animals can be domestic or wild. A domestic animal is an animal that can be tamed or kept by humans. Wild animals cannot be tamed easily.
Animals move. Animals walk, climb, fly, jump, swim or slither. Animals adapt to their environment.
Animals can be carnivorous, herviborous and omnivorous. Carnivores eat other animals. Herbivores eat plants and omnivores eat other animals and plants.
Animals can be classify depending on their reproduction. Animals can be viviparous and oviparous. Viviparous animals are born from their mothers body. Oviparous animals are born from eggs.
